KDEFY SMS is a virtual number platform for receiving SMS verification codes. For privacy and data matters, contact us at [email protected].

2Data we collect

• Account: username, email and password (stored only in protected form, never as plain text).
• Profile photo, if you upload one.
• Service use: activations, purchases, top-ups, balance and financial history.
• Security: IP address, browser and device type, device identifier and access dates.
• Cookies, as described in the Cookies section of the Terms of use.

3How we use the data

We use the data to run your account and the service, process payments, send codes and notices by email, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse (including in the referral program) and comply with legal obligations.

4Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with:

• Payment providers (PIX, card and crypto).
• The virtual number provider.
• The email delivery service.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for anti-bot verification.
• Authorities, when legally required.

5Cookies

We use essential cookies for login, language, security and fraud protection. Optional preference and analytics cookies are only used if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

6How long we keep data

We keep data while the account is active. When you delete the account we erase personal data and keep only the minimum financial records required by law, without the email in plain text.

7Your rights

Under data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion and information about how your data is used. Write to [email protected].

8Security and changes

We use technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely immune to failure. We may update this policy; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
