1Acceptance
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2Who we are
We act as an intermediary for the sale of virtual numbers from third-party suppliers. We are not a telecom carrier.
3Numbers
- They are temporary, disposable and not exclusive.
- You cannot choose a specific area code or number.
- We guarantee one verification code per purchase.
- Availability depends on the suppliers and may vary by country, service or website. We do not guarantee compatibility with a specific website.
4Code delivery
The amount is only charged after the code arrives. We are not responsible for how the account created with the number is used.
5Code did not arrive
Cancel at no cost and generate another one. The time to receive the code is 20 minutes, and cancellation is unlocked 2 minutes after generation.
6Top-up and balance
Only via PIX, with a bonus when there is a promotion. The balance is credited automatically after approval. By generating the PIX, you confirm that the request was yours.
7Refunds
- Top-ups: there are no refunds once the payment is confirmed, even if the balance has not been used.
- Code delivered: no refund, replacement or guarantee.
- Disputing or requesting a chargeback on a PIX that has already been processed breaks these terms and may lead to a permanent block.

8Prohibited use
Spam, scams, fraud, phishing, illegal activity, abusive automation or exploitation of flaws. You are responsible for how you use the numbers you buy.
9Third parties and availability
We are not at fault or liable for blocks, bans, restrictions or limitations applied by apps, websites, platforms or carriers to the number or to the account created with it, before or after the code is delivered. Occasional supplier or carrier failures may occur. The service is in beta.

10Suspension
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are suspected of fraud, improperly dispute a payment or harm the system.
11Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details and API token safe. You can delete your account at any time in your profile; deletion is permanent.
12Changes
These terms may change at any time without notice. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
13Cookies
We use essential cookies for the site to work (session, login, language and your cookie choice). They are always on and cannot be turned off.
Optional cookies (preferences, such as theme and time zone, and analytics, such as usage and error diagnostics) are only enabled if you allow them. You can accept, refuse or choose what to enable, and change your decision at any time in “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
